Consultation:  A meeting with the family to evaluate the personal needs of each member of the team.   I will provide education about the drug and the treatment process for that drug.  I will educate the team about intervention and I will describe the process of change for each individual. All members of the team may call me for questions about the intervention.  

Preparation meetings:  Preparation is required for each person on the team.  Individual coaching is provided at the preparation meetings.  Planning the logistics of the intervention may require changes of each person’s schedule.  Individual worksheets are provided to keep the task focused. A practice intervention is necessary.  Participants will be expected to write letters that are to be read at the practice.  Letters may be sent by email for editing prior to the practice session. 

The Intervention meeting:  The actual intervention is conducted in an orderly fashion with structure and organization.  Letters are read from each individual.  I will provide structure and I will facilitate the process by giving direction to each member of the team.
